QuoteCheck offer terms
These terms apply to comparison quotes from Just In Time Roofing & Construction ("Just In Time") requested through QuoteCheck.
What "could save you money" means
A comparison quote could save you money, but it is not a promise. Whether Just In Time can offer a lower price, a better package for a similar price, or neither depends on the product selected, the scope of work, the condition of the openings, and the size of the project. Just In Time does not guarantee that it will beat any competitor's price.
What a comparison needs
- A written competitor proposal. A verbal quote, a screenshot without identifying details, or a summary written by the homeowner cannot be verified and does not qualify.
- A comparable scope of work. Comparisons are made on like-for-like scope: the same openings, comparable product specifications, and a comparable installation scope, including tear-out, disposal, trim and capping where applicable.
- A current proposal. Proposals more than 60 days old may not reflect current material pricing and may not qualify.
- An in-home measurement. Final pricing always requires a measurement of the actual openings.
What is not compared on price
A price comparison does not apply to:
- Promotional, clearance, liquidation, floor-model, or closeout pricing.
- Employee, family, trade, wholesale, builder, or contractor pricing.
- Pricing that includes rebates, gift cards, or incentives not available to the general public.
- Proposals that cannot be verified, appear altered, or are missing the issuing company's identifying information.
- Bids that are below Just In Time's minimum project pricing.
- Obvious pricing errors in either company's proposal.
Minimum pricing
Just In Time maintains minimum project pricing and will decline a project rather than perform work below it. Where a competitor's price is at or below that minimum, no discount will be offered. Just In Time will still compare the product, the installation scope, and the warranty so the homeowner can make an informed decision.
Financing
Financed pricing and cash pricing are different things. Where a comparison involves financing, it is made on the project price, not on monthly payment. Financing is provided by third-party lenders, subject to credit approval, and is governed by the lender's own agreement. Just In Time does not provide financial advice.
Project changes
A quote reflects the scope known at the time it is issued. Structural repair, rot, lead-safe work practices, code-required changes, or changes the homeowner requests may change the price. Any change is documented in writing before the work is performed.
Other
Offers cannot be combined unless stated in writing. Just In Time may modify or withdraw an offer at any time; a signed contract is not affected by a later change. Nothing on this website is an offer to contract.
