This policy explains what Just In Time Roofing & Construction ("we", "us") collects through QuoteCheck and what we do with it.

What we collect

  • What you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, property address and ZIP code, your contact preferences, and anything you type into the notes field.
  • The documents you upload. The window proposal you send us, and the information contained in it.
  • How you found us. Referring website, landing page, and campaign parameters such as utm_source and advertising click identifiers.
  • Technical information. IP address, browser type, and the time of your submission.

How we use it

  • To read your proposal and prepare your quote snapshot.
  • To contact you about your quote review, using the contact method you chose.
  • To prepare a comparable proposal if you ask for one.
  • To measure which advertising produces genuine inquiries.
  • To keep anonymized, aggregated statistics about competitor pricing. These statistics never contain your name, address, phone number, or email.

Your uploaded documents

Documents are stored privately. They are not published, are not reachable by a guessable web address, and are only accessible to Just In Time staff who are signed in to our system. Every access is logged.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the business - for example our hosting provider, our document-analysis provider, and our customer relationship management system - and only to the extent they need it to perform that service. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Text messages and calls

If you check the contact consent box, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message or email about your quote review. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or contact us at any time to be removed.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your uploaded documents and your personal information at any time. Contact us and we will do so, and we will confirm when it is done. We retain anonymized pricing statistics that cannot be linked back to you.

Changes

We will post any change to this policy on this page.
