QuoteCheck is provided by Just In Time Roofing & Construction as a free service for homeowners who have received a replacement-window proposal. You may use it to obtain a second opinion on a proposal you have genuinely received.

The quote snapshot is a summary, not an appraisal

The snapshot summarizes what we were able to read on the document you sent us. It is not an appraisal, an inspection, or a professional opinion about the quality of another company's work or product. Where the snapshot says something was not clearly listed, that reflects what the document stated, not a judgement about the company that issued it.

Automated reading

We use automated document analysis to read proposals. Some proposals may need a review by our team before a DealScore is produced, and a person reviews every proposal before we give you a recommendation. You can ask us to update anything in your snapshot. Nothing in a snapshot is a binding offer.

DealScore

The DealScore is produced by Just In Time Roofing & Construction, which competes for window projects. It reflects how a quote's price compares with typical local installed costs and how completely the proposal lists key details. Just In Time proposals are marked 100 and are not scored. The DealScore is general information, not professional advice or a recommendation about any company or offer.

Pricing

No price on this website is an offer to contract. Final pricing requires an in-home measurement and a written proposal signed by both parties.

What you upload

Upload only documents that you have the right to share. Do not upload anything containing another person's sensitive personal information, and do not upload anything unrelated to a window proposal.

No warranty for the website

The website is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
